Experience
As Vice President, Joe Stolz oversees all engineering services performed for Colwill Engineering. He is also responsible for overseeing the mechanical design operations for all projects.Joe works closely with the client/architect from initial design development phase through final contract administration. He supervises design personnel in the completion of cooling and heating load analysis, design and drafting of mechanical and plumbing systems, development of project specifications and the preparation of all contract documents associated with a project. Additionally, he conducts field visits and site evaluations, working with all construction trades to ensure implementation and proper installation of intended design.
