Experience

As Vice President of Technologies, Michael Cessna oversees all sales and operational activities for our communications and security design and installation team. Mr. Cessna has in-depth experience in enterprise level communications and security design and management on projects ranging from data centers to metropolitan Wi-Fi installations. He has extensive training and experience in many unique aspects of telecommunications including broadband infrastructure, structured cabling, access control, intrusion detection, and outside plant design.

Commercial Communications Infrastructure Experience

Mosaic Co. – Design-build communications infrastructure for the 113,000 square-foot, four-story office building in Lithia, FL. This facility serves as Mosaic’s FL Headquarters. Project consisted of installing Category 6 voice and data cabling to over 400 workstations throughout the facility. Installation of fiber optic and copper intra-building backbone cabling between multiple Communications Rooms and the associated Data Center. Project finished on-time, on-budget, and is considered a benchmark of quality within the Mosaic organization.

Walt Disney World Saratoga Springs Resort – The Walt Disney World Saratoga Springs located in Lake Buena Vista, FL and is the largest Walt Disney Vacation Club property ever constructed. The resort consists of (24) multi-level villas, with (1,260) rooms, (5) resort swimming pools and multiple recreation areas. The fiber optic and copper underground infrastructure connecting the multiple villas, retail areas, and hospitality areas was intentionally designed and overbuilt to provide sufficient growth for future I.T. and Security needs. The 4-year construction project consisted of the design and installation of all necessary I.T. and Security infrastructure.

Charter Schools USA – Design-build communications infrastructure for (3), multi-story Charter Schools in Central Florida.  Projects consisted of installing all low voltage cabling to include voice, data, burglar, CCTV, CATV, and access control cabling.  Construction on all (3) facilities occurred simultaneously.  All project milestones, installation dates, and safety goals were met and/or exceeded.  

FELD Entertainment, Inc. – Design-build communications infrastructure an estimated 500,000 square-foot commercial / industrial office building in Palmetto, FL.   This facility serves as FELD’s Global Headquarters.  Project consisted of installing Category 6 cabling to over (350) workstation locations, fiber optic backbone cabling to over (20) Telecom Rooms, and underground copper / fiber to various outbuildings.
