Van is responsible for estimating, marketing and pre-construction services. A leader in Central Florida construction industry with deep-rooted electrical expertise, he has served on the Board of Directors of Associated Builders & Contractors and many other community associations.

Project Experience

Estimated Projects for the Government and Private Sectors with single projects exceeded $40 million. Pre-Construction Services on many Design Build and Design Assist projects, including the Waldorf Astoria in Orlando ($15 M), Gaylord Palms Hotel in Orlando ($42 M), Universal Studios Parking Garages that exceeded 10 million square feet ($22 M). A 2500 bed (4) Buildings, Three Parking Garages, Infrastructure for UCF Student Housing Facility and Knights Plaza ($20 M). UCF Performing Arts Complex ($4 M), Thirty Two Story  Dynatech Office & Apartment  project ($5 M), Lockheed Martin Laser Tower, The Tallest Two Story Building in Florida ($1.5 M) and The Orlando Utility Commission(OUC) 6MW Solar Facility ($3M),Hotels, Office Buildings, Schools, Disney World and Universal Studios,2014 ($28M) Citrus Bowl Renovation, 2015 ($49M) Orlando Airport Work and private sector work.

Education
Graduate from Seminole High School. Career is supported by the completion of a four-year electrical apprenticeship training program in Florida, and construction management courses at Clemson University’s Business Management Academy, Jefferson Davis Community College, ABC Leadership Program and FMI Leadership Program and numerous other Fails Management seminars.
